What happens in the first 30 days?
The system is built, configured and running for your business inside the first week. If it has not been useful by the end of that first month, say so and the month is refunded in full. No notice period and no argument about it.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no term. It is billed monthly and you can stop at the end of any month.
How long does launch take?
The typical target is 3-5 business days after we receive all required access and information. You approve the workflow before it goes live.
Do I have to move my website?
Only if you want the website half of the package. If your current site already works, take the receptionist on its own at $197/month.
Do you work outside Metro Vancouver?
Yes. Webvex is based in Port Moody and knows this region best, but the whole workflow is configured and managed remotely, so location is not a limit.
What happens when the business changes?
You tell us, we change it. New services, new hours, new escalation rules and new wording are all part of the monthly price.
